When we talk about early adopters like in any innovation, you can't miss out Mr.Rwamahe Wilson,Am optimistic that in 4 years,GLAD will have transformed his farm to a better place. He is willing to change his ways of doing things for example; He has 40 acres of dairy farm, the whole land has unpalatable pastures prompting him to hire land with better pastures at a fee of 300,000 per head per year; Intervention:When I came in we agreed to improve the natural pastures as well as plant Napier for quicker results,We have therefore planted one acre of Napier, and planning to expand it to about 3 acres next years. With this Napier,he will make silage/feed fresh fodder and he will no longer need to take away his animals to someone's farm.
